I consider the Legacy a very good, generally underrated song.
But I guess number nine isn't unreasonable.
 
X Factor songs

EDIT: answer for obvious future arguments: Because they're my least favorite songs left in the game, NOT just because they're from X Factor.
 
The Talisman and The Man Who Would Be King (the latter especially) are the best examples of standard epics. There's nothing inherently wrong with them, they're just not very interesting or engaging songs, despite being technically fine. Talisman is much better than TMWWBK but it still has the same problems.
 
Talisman is just something I really get along with, I'm not sure why. It took ages for me to get into TFF, and Talisman was actually the key to it.

Both very good, intense rockers, but I prefer Man on the Edge to Be Quick.
 
Both are decent, but BQOBD just has more vehemence to it, whereas MOTE is a little reserved at times.
