Powerslave
Caught Somewhere in Time
Dance of Death

I'd like to take this opportunity to express my e-grief over the loss of Infinite Dreams and Sign of the Cross, two tremendous songs that should not have lost to the likes of Powerslave and especially Caught Somewhere in Time. Quite frankly, I'm surprised CSIT made the top 10, much less accumulating less votes than Phantom of the Opera. It's as big as a travesty can get on an Internet poll.

Thank you. ;)

Well I disagree with the above statement, but I guess I am kinda biased to both Powerslave and CSiT...

Infinite Dreams and Sign of the Cross are both awesome songs in their own right (1 is in my top 10!) but I like Powerslave / CSiT more.

Phantom of the Opera is eliminated in 7th place after losing a 3 way tiebreaker!

Iron Maiden Top 10:
7. Phantom of the Opera
8. Infinite Dreams
9. Sign of the Cross
10. Wasted Years

Hallowed and the 2 Dance of Death songs. Again.

Infinite Dreams indeed went too early. Still, I think it's really cool that Caught Somewhere in Time is still here. The power of the song is immense and therefore it's probably still caught somewhere in time.

I'm with KDH.
Dance of Death and Powerslave aren't in my top 30, but are magnificent songs from a band that has more great songs than any other.
I am not surprised or disappointed they are here.
Caught Somewhere in Time is a good song, not a great one.
It looks like its going top five and does not belong anywhere near these heights.

Ok, CSIT is excellent. Easily top 20, amazing solo's, singing, intro, etc. But definitely not better than SotC, Infinite Dreams and Phantom of the Opera.

Powerslave, Rime, CSIT.

And we will not be having the same 4 songs as the top 4, as Powerslave bows out in 6th place ( ).

Iron Maiden Top 10:
6. Powerslave
7. Phantom of the Opera
8. Infinite Dreams
9. Sign of the Cross
10. Wasted Years

Hallowed and Paschendale.
