Hello everyone. My first post here so I hope it's interesting for you all and I hope you are all enjoying the new album!


Was just wondering if anyone listens to Rock Radio in the UK? On Monday Maiden presented a show where they went through the making of The Final Frontier album and played every track!

Due to popular demand the show is being aired again tomorrow at 1800 BST.

You can listen on-line. There is a link at the top on the site. I use the Manchester one as that is where I live.

I was wondering if anyone with the technical know-how could record the show. It would be great to listen to it again in the future.


One further question. I bought my Final Frontier: Mission Edition while I was away in the US last week only to discover that I can't access the extra content from home in the UK. Does anyone know a way around this or am I just going to have to buy it again?

I guess I can record that show and also host it later for downloading. 18 bst is one hour earlier than Germany I believe, and I will be home by then.
 
That was a really awful waste of my time listening to that. Very little new information, and at least twenty minutes of the "hour interview" was just the songs.
 
Interesting show! Maiden really get into the details of the song's meanings and how they were written. I have recorded everything, then removed the songs themselves (as we all have the album by now) and kept the interviews. Still half an hour to listen to!

I disagree with Baron Ronan, it's not a waste of time! It's not a live interview though, sort of edited with the presenter telling you what the questions were.

Funny how the interviewer presents the song as "Satellite is... the Final Frontier"
 
MadMax's link is not what I heard at all. It's quite possible I'm actually thinking of another radio station's interview that I heard yesterday. Whoops! This one sounds interesting, listening now.
