The boys are probably having a break and decided, since they have a plane, to go somewhere sunny 

That, or its a refuelling stop to wherever they're really going.

The place is being used by Astraeus airlines and they have not painted it back with their original colours. I guess they would wait until after Bruce has used the plane for the three Bruce Airs later this year.
