Priest of the Holy Wristband
I've just finished reading a book called World War Z, written by Max Brooks (son of movie maker Mel Brooks). It tells the story of the first world war beetween mankind and zombies (I know it sounds stupid, but its a very pleasing reading and very well constructed book) ; it does so using testimonies of survivors from different countries. One of them is a soldier who participated to the first great victory against the living dead, and he says that they used to listen to Iron Maiden before the battle. He is very specific, naming The trooper, talking about the bassline and Dickinson's words. It amused me a lot, and it made the scene a lot easier to picture in my mind. Thought some of you would be interested.
I read the french translation, so it's no use I give you the page number.
