Easy! I can make mistakes like everyone else.

Only H has the status of god on this forum. /tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":P\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /]

I don't see a reason to doubt these dates anyway. Maybe some are a bit inaccurate (i.e. the exact date may be a different one), but they will certainly serve for orientation.

The only thing that makes me a bit suspicious is that Athens isn't on the list. Bruce promised that they will play Alexander The Great on the next tour, and that they will play Athens.

Anyway, if anybody feels like meeting me, they should secure themselves a ticket for the Hammersmith show! /happy.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"^_^\" border=\"0\" alt=\"happy.gif\" /]

That would be during the next History-tour, while this upcoming tour is for the new album.

As for the choice of The Point, didn't they come there in 2003?
Yeah they played the Point in 2003 and the infamous "flag incident" occured, the less said the better...but in my opinion the Point is a much better, more intimate venue than the RDS.The crowd at the RDS was really terrible, mostly 12 year old kids screaming for Manson and then leaving for Maiden :: The atmosphere in the Point was great and you felt much closer to the band, the crowd much more intense and full of energy.

Off topic, but speaking of the Blind Guardian gig try here for Irish gigs (I don't know you've ever been there before, but worth putting up)

First of all, humans have visited only a small portion of the moon. We know that those small portions are not made of cheese, and we have reason to believe that no part of the moon's surface is made of cheese. But what about the interior? What if the moon is mostly made of cheese, with a moon-rock exterior?

You might object that we know the mass of the moon, and cheese isn't sufficient to cover it. In retaliation, I would hypothesize an inner core of iron to make up the difference. But I'm tellin' ya, there's cheese in them thar hills.

On to the second part of the question: If Maverick stated that God exists, I would have to conclude that he had been possessed by a demon and requires a customized exorcism: THE POWER OF ADRIAN SMITH COMPELS YOU!

Hey, don't forget how badly the fans reacted to the supporting act Funeral For A Friend. But then again, like Slayer fans, Maiden fans are notoriously hard to please! /happy.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"^_^\" border=\"0\" alt=\"happy.gif\" /]

NP: Darkthrone - Inn I de Dype Skogens Favn (Does the image hold up well for you SMX? /tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":P\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /] )

as far as the Paris gig is concerned, i can only telle you that the place & time are perfectly accurate and have been communicated as such in the press via both the record company and touring agency.

That reminds me of a joke I heard once...

An engineer, a statist and a mathematician are riding in a train through Ireland. Suddenly, they see a black sheep on the field.
The engineer says: "Look, there's black sheep in Ireland!"
The statist replies: "Wrong. There is one black sheep in Ireland."
The mathematician says: "Wrong, there is half a black sheep in Ireland."

I might got the professions mixed up, but the idea of the joke should survive /wink.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\";)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" /]

Those are the dates that were posted on the IMBB by Polish eddie.
Those dates are all over the internet right now!

The people on TriviumWorld only know this because I copied and pasted the dates from this thread into the thread on Trivium's official board that Paolo (their bassist) started.

I'm guilty of spreading this aswell... to "All Metal Forums"
Nobody gives a fuck to be honest ::

What does everyone think of Trivium supporting? They're one of my favourite bands (hence the name 'Ascendancy'). I think that they'll be a much better support band than FFAF who I believe had beer and all sorts thrown at them? They may be a bit cocky ("We're gonna be the next Metallica" etc.) but they're still an excellent band, great guitarists and singer (when he's not screaming I mean). I think they can be even better than they currently are, so what do you all think of them?

I downloaded some of their stuff, trying to have an open mind and I'm sorry, I couldn't stand them. :: The vocals are very whiny and the guitar riffs all sound similar, if not the same. I would give them a miss TBH ::

Well, they are just lame rehashed Gothenburg riffs. (crappy bands in this vein have an obsession with bastardising riffs straight out "Slaughter Of The Soul") I don't see why some generic metalcore clone could be considered "The next Metallica". This metalcore trend is really getting on my nerves and I keep hearing people say that this is the future of metal. Let tell you one thing. If this is the future of metal, metal is not getting out alive, I can tell you that. Of course, this is what happens when clueless kiddies get forced fed their music from Headgivers Ball and believe anything that Kerrap writes.
