Hypothetical Maidenfans meetup discussion

Hey, I was talking with Wasted about a theoretical Maiden tour through North America next year; we were wondering if people would be interested in meeting up somewhere. I'd have to drive to Montreal to go to a concert anyway, and it looks like a decent central location for the east coast. I was wondering if anyone would be (theoretically) interested in meeting up somewhere.

I like the idea a lot!  I should have time avail for it (depending on the theoretical date), but will have to see how the cash flow is.  But if I can do it, it would be a blast to party with maidenfans at a Maiden gig!

Hmm, I like this idea alot, the only problems are of course the logistical ones. I live in Boston for now so either Montreal or NY are good locations.

:ok:

Speaking theoretically, I would go to Montreal. It is one of those cities I hope to visit someday.

Trouble is, there is a lot of those cities.

I will admit that Montreal is a lot easier on me than NY, simply because NY scares me and I don't yet have a passport.

I would love doing this! Me and my one buddie would do the drive to Montreal for sure (depending on the date). I could do NYC or any other city as well, you can never go wrong with traveling.

Nothing to be scared of.

Really?! W.... ah never mind too easy :p

Suffice to say the crowds alone are enough to shock people. I'll never forget when I took an old girlfriend to Mexico City, she was overwhelmed by the crowded streets. I found it amusing, she was annoyed.

If I have the money and time.... totally. Highly unlikely, but I won't dismiss the idea until I know for sure.

I was about to say the opposite.  :P

On a more serious note, I'm up for a meeting, anywhere in the general northeast -- Montreal, NY, Boston, Ottawa, Pittsburgh, etc.  Hell, even Buffalo.  :D

As LC said, this should be during a tour, for maximum thrilling experience.
Just to give people a general idea for my traveling distances, that is, if I'm invited to this hypothetical meet-up.  :)

EDIT: 12 hours to Boston
          9 hours to New York
          7 hours to Montreal
       5.5 hours to Ottawa
       4.75 hours to Pittsburgh

If everyone who is interested does a similar traveling distance log, we could select an ideal tour city location that's relatively close to all.  I'm all up for going to Montreal though, since LC thought of this first.
EDIT #2: LC has about a 14 hour drive to Montreal and 11 hour drive to Boston (if passport acquired).  Regardless, he is traveling a long way.
