Actually, I saw Priest in the late 70s in Philly.

They opened for Kiss.

Also, in the mid to late 70s, and into the early 80s, I saw Aerosmith, Ted Nugent, Pat Travers, Rush, Journey, and a few others.

Actually, my concert going didn't really take off until the early to mid 80s.

That's true , Magnus . Suppose I have to admit to being older than heavy metal itself (depending on your viewpoint) which is slightly depressing , buy at least I can claim to being there at the start
