Hey SMX

I've never played a Peavey bass, but I just did some looking around the web and they get good reviews. It looks like a fair price for the specs listed, but you can get lots of basses around that price range.

If you like the way it sounds and feels, go for it. But don't rush into it. If you want to wait until you have more money, you can always find a good bass at that price with a bit of looking around.

Alright! I'll keep that in mind. I played it and it's a step up from the Washburn for sure in both sound and playability. I might buy it in the summer then. Cheers.  :)

I have to say that the bass is actually quite a good bass. If you have asked around, I believe that it would be a rare occasion for you to be getting negative feedbacks regarding the bass. In fact, I would like to advise you on trying the bass out for yourself, as it might not suit your taste. Since he is close to you, you can always go over and try it out. Test it out and there’s no harm at all.
