If this is what I think it is, I have this on CD and the date/place is May 24th '81/Sun Plaza Tokyo and is titled Maiden Japan.

And I believe this was a FM broadcast recording - you should get a little bit of static interference during the drum solo in Another Life (at around 3:30ish, and lasts for around 8 or 9 seconds, in the right speaker). If you do, then it is the Tokyo gig.

Basically, it's the night before the official Maiden Japan.
