I have quite a few guesses.
1. Fear of the Dark (track 12, which is less than 13?)
2. Sign of the Cross (11 saintly shrouded men + 1 in front with a cross held high? unless the one in front is part of the 11. . .)

If it's not relating to luck, then it could be relating to age. So, those that are less than 13 years of age are, generally, regarded as children. If this is the case then we have to think about songs with child in it and the best I can come up with is Childhood's End as thirteen is the start of your teens - hence the end of your childhood.

Or it could be the Age of Innocence - i.e. you hit your teens and start to become less innocent.

Elaborating a bit more on the last idea: Depending on the age of criminal responsibility in the country Mega comes from (I don't remember right away which country that would be) it could be totally plausible, or a complete miss.

In Norway, it is 15 years. According to Wikipedia, it is actually 12 years in quite a few countries, including Canada, Israel and some states in the US.

I think Age of Innocence is the best shot so far.
