Me, too, but I think Psalm 9 or Manic Frustration are their best.

I'm going to go for Dream Evil, though I know Painkiller is in the lead by heads and tails.

Obviously for me, I love all these albums so voting is hard. I'll go with Lightning, I think that was Metallicas 2nd best album and old school Metallica is 2nd to only Maiden.

To me Ozzy only has two albums that aren't manufactured.
Diary is the better of the two and it is awesome.

There's too little love for Anthrax in these forums, and Among the Living is definitely the best Anthrax album.  Then again, Ride the Lightning is either my favourite or second favourite Metallica album.  Indians, Caugh in a Mosh, NFL, Among the Living and I am the Law vs Trapped Under Ice, Creeping Death, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Fight Fire with Fire?  They are both among the best albums ever made.  I went for the Anthrax one since Ride the Lightning will win anyway.

Perhaps I should explain myself.

If you ask me what the best album on that list is, I'd probably say Blind Guardian.

If you ask me what is the most notable album, obviously Metallica.

If you ask me what is the most interesting album from a historical perspective, it's Priest or Slayer.

If you ask me most underrated, it's the Scorpions. Virgin Killer gets all the attention for the cover, but the music is solid.

But the poll asked for my favorite. Shout At The Devil is an album I played endlessly as a teenager. It's the album where I know every word, every note. All I need to hear is "in the beginning good always overpowered the evils of ALL MAN'S SINS" and I get stoked.

I love Priest, probably my third favourite act.
But I did not expect to voting Priest every time here.
My favourite is my favourite and on that list it is Sad Wings.
