It's still vague to me why you are so bound to state that this IS an elimation round, since we're not voting for the song which gets eliminated. We're used to SMX's survivors, where we eliminate songs by voting for them, see?

Kill 'Em All mightn't be technically brilliant, but what it is, is in your face. Metallica sure made their presence felt with this one and the fact that it has Cliff Burton's Pulling Teeth bass solo on it, it means it beats SFV buy a nose. Kill 'Em All it is.
