In my boredom and desperation for something interesting and challenging to do, I have attempted a Latin translation of the song 'Prowler'. It isn't a direct translation (for that is impossible) and is probably not perfect, but for the benefit of Perun and any other scholars of this wonderful and immortal language, here it is...

    per urbem spatians
    tam pulcher, urbanissimus,
    ipsi mihi insinuandum est.

    en! fulgentes dominas vide
    crura omnia ciliaque,
    ipsi mihi insinuandum est.

eia, me per frutices repentem vidis
ipso hianti – quid vidis, puella?
nonne sensum illud credis, nonne id credis?
nonne tuos oculos credis? id verum, puella.

modo me ipsum tangens, modo titubans passim,
modo loquens, tamen mihi libet spatiari passim.

modo me ispum tangens, modo titubans ...
modo loquens, sed nihil me ...
modo me ipsum tangens, modo titubans passim.

All I can say to that is...

    Nonne cogitas me servatorem
Nonne cogitas me posse servare te
Nonne cogitas me servare tuam vitam?

(And thanks to Nush I even got it right :D)
