Nor me. The ones I see tend to start with a photo and end with a poor MS Paint image or something, which makes less sense.
I guess it's a visual representation of the supposed legitimacy of the task at hand.

Basically, the photos get blurrier in an effort to show how the brain power with each comment intensifies. The dumbest idea is the one with the most brain power being used in. Irony.
