That's good, but I am disappointed that Maiden haven't reached the Dutch album charts while Slayer did.

Yes, the have. They are number 7 in Holland.
 
If either of you have links to support this, The Saint is asking for the info here. This, I assume, will be added to the news page.

That must have happened recently, last saturday they were nowhere to find in the chart lists. Still a respectable position.
 
I think the charts only update once a week, therefore you could not see A Matter Of Life And Death in the charts on saturday.

Ja zaterdag was de lijst nog niet bijgewerkt! Dat gebeurt maandag of dinsdag meestal. Sorry for the dutch words, but it was easier to explain.! NR 7 in The Netherlands is the highest since the ssoass!!  :ok:
 
It's a shame that this won't happen in the U.S. But over here, everyone buys what MTV tells them to, so you see garbage like Beyonce and Justin Timberlake.

man are you right. have you visited bestbuy lately? nothing but rap and beyonce music. their maiden selection is pathetic. their selection of anything i like is pathetic or non-existent. i preordered my copy of the new album thru amazon becuase i didn't think bestbuy would carry it.... this sunday i see it as a new release in their sales brochure !!!! holy cow!!! never would have expected that.... now i sit and wait for mine to arrive in the mail while my co-worker picked his up at bestbuy and is listening away.... i hate best buy. :angry:
