for my first post in the maiden chat, what was the first thing that came to mind when you saw the tracks from TFF album, can be completely off or right on the spot depending on if you have already listened to them.
Satellite 15----space, obviously kinda like space travel
El Dorado----city of gold, the disney version called el dorado lol
Mother of Mercy-----Mother Theresa for some reason
Coming Home-----A soldier returning from war
The Alchemist-----the cover to the movie chemical wedding that bruce did (once again dont know why, just popped into my head when i read that track)
Isle of Avalon-----another world with a paradise setting, kinda like those abstract CG desktop wallpapers that show a beach or a landscape with a planet in the background in dreamy colors)
Starblind- at very first i thought...DRUGS.... kinda like an LSD trip
The Talisman-----well not knowing what a Talisman was i thought of a priest or some kind of monk (a Buddhist monk or Zen)
The man who would be king---- i thought biblical then an historic figure
When the wild wind blows----Tranquility or serenity, though WILD wouldnt indicate so kinda of like a sailboat out on calm waters then the wind picks up just enough to get it moving
those were my first thoughts on the titles. after reading reviews and hearing them myself i see that they definitely differ but i see how they fit with the songs they represent.
