the final frontier mission edition have collector's value. and if so, I managed to fumble away the sticker that was stuck in the tin box? get the smaller aggregate value in a few years? this has nothing to say for collecting value if it can collect the value in a few years?

To be honest I don't think mission ed. will collect much in value over the years. Unless maybe if still sealed and fully intact. Perhaps the Greek version is a better bet or the double picture disc, which is a nice item though practically unlistenable.

Now, if someone still has the vinyl unopened, that would have some value. Personally though, if I had that, I would never sell it.

I'm pretty sure unopened CDs/records will not be of much value. The package must be opened (so you know for sure that the disc doesn't have any playing defects). That being said, the album must be in otherwise pristine condition.
