"Every cool riff has already been written by Black Sabbath. You are either playing it faster or slower or backwards, but they wrote it first." - Rob Zombie

Black Sabbath and solo Ozzy are unarguably the most covered bands due to their wide influence, so post your favourite covers of their songs by other artists.

Some of my favourites:

PS. Feel free to post live covers as well.

I don't know if it counts, but I really love Ozzy's Speak of the Devil album. Canned studio vocals and a couple of weird edits aside the music kicks ass, and all the musicians are in the top of their game. Extremely energetic and eighties sounding Sabbath covers that just goes to show how much of a template Black Sabbath could be for a talented band to take classic songs and make them their on. I actually prefer a couple of these covers to the original tracks, especially Fairies Wear Boots.

I had to bring this album up, because I skipped it as a "worthless cover album" in the early 00's when I got into Sabbath and Ozzy. The album just blew me away a couple of years ago when I finally got around to it. This record made me appreciate Sabbath just that much more, and it irritates me that The Osbourne camp disregards SotD altogether.
