Well, we can't guess exactly when, but it's safe to say that there will be a DVD of the Matter of Life and Death tour to start with...it will probably be released before the 2nd history tour, but that's only if Maiden stick to the plans they seem to have held to for the past few years...

Question: Will the smaller VHS releases be rereleased IN THEIR ENTIRETY? I am talking about Behind The Iron Curtain and 12 Wasted Years. Many fans want to have them on DVD as much as all the major VHS which are going to be transferred on DVD.
"It is certainly our intention that these will both be used in the appropriate part of the history series along with a lot of other stuff too of course. We would expect to have part 2 available towards the end of next year."

According to an interview with RockHard Germany, it will be in 2008, including the Powerslave stage on tour.

I've seen the LAD video more times than I dare count. I would run over my neighbor's dog* to be able to see that giant Eddie arising from behind the drums, shooting sparks out of his eyes.

I saw the World Slavery tour in Gothenburg in 1984 and I still hold it as one of the highlights of my life, together with my wedding day and the birth of my daughter. To be able to see songs like ROTAM and Powerslave live again is a dream of mine so I'll keep my fingers crossed and credit card ready for the tickets
