Black Bart, I'm pretty sure someone would die with at that concert :applause:

Mine is much more tame than that. Full disclosure: I have been a fan since I was a teen and heard TNOTB but have never seen them live (have tickets in hand for this tour though)

1 Eternity should fail
2 Wicker Man - The energy of opening with these 2 songs is what I'd like to see
3 The book of souls
4 Benjamin Breeg
5 A brave new world - to me, songs 3, 4 and 5 would work together and take the tempo down a notch but not the energy
6 Empire of the clouds
7 Rime of the ancient mariner - Can you imagine these 2 played back to back
8 Hallowed be thy name - work the tempo back up and the end brings the energy back
9 Iron Maiden
10 Number of the Beast
11 Trooper - I admit I have never seen them live (yet, tickets in hand though) but I think I would have heart failure from 9-11 played back to back
12 Aces High
13 Wasted Years

14 Fear of the Dark
15 Can I play with madness or Paschendale
16 Powerslave

I like this. A nice blend of classics and some rare stuff.

I would like to see Maiden do a setlist with one song from every album. BNW tour was really close to that and I think it was great. You really got a feel for the scope of their material. Too many of their setlists afterward are so focused on one particular era that you only hear one dimension of the band. They have 16 albums now which makes it doable, but some classics would have to be dropped.

Its also something I've always wanted to see. I would love to see a tour where a song from every album is played to represent their full band history. Yes, the Brave New World Tour was close, and an awesome tour it was! I also think they did a very good job of that during this tour. I'm glad they didn't change the setlist it would've been awesome if they added a Final Frontier song to the setlist

In no particular order
1. Strange world
2. Prodigal son
3. Still life
4. Alexander the Great
5. Thin line between love and hate
6. Longest day
7. Mother Russia
8. Starblind
9. Red and the black
10. Empire of the clouds

I've gone for ones I've never heard live

Great setlist, Tyrus. I made a post earlier without realizing it could be a spoiler. I would've deleted it myself but I was just out helping another teacher from a primary school with her English, and I made a Skype call to a friend who got injured on the job in America. He's also a Maiden fan. As I remind my students, even we teachers are not perfect, no one is.
Anyways it would be nice to see Starblind, The Thin Line Between Love and Hate and Alexander the Great in any setlist

Dream Setlist of someone who has never seen Iron Maiden live before:

Intro - Satellite 15...
01 - The Final Frontier
02 - The Trooper
03 - Shadows Of The Valley
04 - Wasted Years
05 - The Fallen Angel
06 - Infinite Dreams
07 - Powerslave
08 - Flight Of Icarus
09 - Dance Of Death
10 - Judas Be My Guide
11 - The Talisman
12 - Number Of The Beast
13 - Fear Of The Dark
14 - Hallowed Be Thy Name

Encore:

Intro - Churchill's Speech
15 - Aces High
16 - The Evil That Men Do
17 - Run To The Hills

I may revisit the ordering but these are the songs. My favourite song isn't in there but Empire does seem difficult to fit in due to length - here I've tried to have a good variety of short and long songs including ones that might not necessarily be as high as certain others but I really like live (e.g. Talisman is incredible in En Vivo! whereas I haven't ever found a live version of Paschendale benefits so much). Others e.g. The Trooper don't necessarily make top 10/20 lists but I think would be great live and there's a healthy spattering of personal favourites in there. Featuring songs from 10 different albums, 4 of which are reunion even if these only account for 5 of the songs on the setlist.

1. Alexander the Great

I've heard Ghost of the Navigator on 2 tours and Sig of the Cross on one but would love them again...

For the record, I have a better chance of getting raped by a super model than hearing any of these songs live at this point :( I'll except either fate though :)

First of all, I've would like to revisit AMOLAD first/second leg of the tour. I couldn't see them on that tour and I regret it to this day. Not that AMOLAD is my favourite album but what they did took guts, and I would probably enjoy every second of it.

Second, it doesn't have to do anything with a setlist, but it would have great impact on setlist. I would like to see them in a small venue, capacity max 500 people, no epics, playing only shorter songs, covers eventualy and plainly just having fun on stage. I don't think that they don't have fun on stage nowdays, but every tour production got bigger which had a great impact on tour considering numerous different things (pyro, Eddies, backdrop, stage theatrics) which of course had impact on setlist. Every tour that I've seen was "epic" (closest to not being epic was Early Days in 2005), so I would like to see them to just go on stage with no drama and play some fun rarities.
