I think the thing about I'll Wait is that it's similar to The Sentinel from the Priest Survivor, basically everyone likes it and that people usually are looking to vote off other songs.

Running With the Devil needs to go. It is the least good song in this top 10.
 
Runnin' Unchained.

I find Unchained the worst song by far but I want I'll Wait in a safer zone.
So I need to vote for Runnin' as well.
 
And this part is the most superb music Van Halen ever did (2.29 - 3.04)
The guitar work is so melodic and suspenseful! And what a touch. I bet this got the song as far as it did. Since Jump is out, Panama is top 2 material, easy.
