Getting back to Gadaffi, I don't know if this was brought up in this thread about the April 1986 airstikes in Tripoli and Benghazi. Talk about a hit squad. Old Ron Reagan thought he was the Duke himself and sent a squadron of Tomcats to Lybia. They bomb Gadaffi's home and killed one of his daughters. Fucked up thing about it was that our ally France would'nt allow the F-14's to use their airspace. Coincidentaly the French Embassy in Tripoli was "accidently bombed."
