Killer set. Love how you have half of Power Windows in there. Currently listening to it for the first time in decades and it’s far better than I remember it!

Half of Power Windows, half of Moving Pictures, half of Permanent Waves, and 90% of Hemispheres. These are my favorite albums by the band so little wonder.

Jer and I are leading the Power Windows brigade. Awesome record, some of their best production, off the wall synths, screaming guitars, and probably Geddy’s best vocal performance. Every chorus is massive! Tell your brother he needs to let the mystic rhythms into his heart.

I’m not sure if I’ve been listening to the remasters or not (I’ve been going through their catalog backwards). Except for the Vapor Trails remaster, which is way better.

Since you and I have pretty similar tastes in Rush, this is a damn good set. If you replaced most of the Clockwork Angels stuff with Power Windows smashers like Marathon, Middletown Dreams, Mystic Rhythms, and Bug Money you’d have a winner.

When I make my Rush set y’all are gonna be like WTF because a lot of the hits are gonna be absent.

Rush are one of those bands where the "hits" really just are that good.
 
Well I have now seen Rush 3 times on the 50 somethin' tour, Nights 2 & 3 in Toronto, and Night 1 in Montreal. I decided to make a setlist based off of what I have seen and what I wish I had seen. I tried to maintain the same set stucture, but I didn't pay too much attention to the overall time length... Since I'm only using songs they have played I am gonna use spoiler tags. Songs in Italics I haven't seen.

If I had to drop 1, I'd move Far Cry to where Finding My Way is and put it as the first encore dropping By Tor.
