Campaign 1: Fire Battalion, Battle 2 - Tuatha de Danann vs Thor

Tuatha de Danann. Welcome to Ireland... as imagined by Brazilians. I kid you not, this Celtic Metal band hails from tropical Varginha, Minas Gerais. Their vision of the emerald isle is, let's say, rather interesting. Then again, how much more absurd is this than an American film set in India, Greece or Japan?

Thor. Let's be honest: What do you expect when a Canadian bodybuilder whose last name is Thor enters the studio in the mid-eighties? One of my favourite tricks to play on people is to take my copy of the 7" of Thunder in the Tundra, with the exact cover as seen in the video, have someone close their eyes, hold the record up right in front of their face and let them open the eyes again. I once had a friend scream out loud.

That Brazilian band is even worse that the Brazilian football team, and that says a lot. I'm not sure if that's not some sort of a perverted joke but I on't think I want to see more of them. Ever.
My vote goes to Thor because he's obviously a Knight of the Supreme Cheese Order, even only for including the phrase "metal citadel" in the lyrics.

Everything Ariana said + 10 million.

Also, Thor gets the vote for being so cheesy that he can place a sound ON a region of frozen earth. Thor = so metal, he puts the sound on the ground!

Tuatha de Danann busts out a leprechaun. Really.

Thor wins for the utter cheese of the lyrics. Wow. Wow.

I'll try to join this in the next phase.

I've got to admit that I am always so focused on what I like. So I can be tempted to try and get the nicest one to the next round, even if it's less cheesy. And I have trouble with that term. I don't like cheese. Real cheese. It feels kind of uncomfortable when a cool melodic power metal song gets misabused with such a stamp on it. And I am not that good in how to recognize the requirements. :D
