Overall I'd say Bruce but I think Silicon Messiah is the best album between the two careers.
 
I like Blaze's solo work, but easily Bruce's is better.  CW and AOB are two of the all time better metal (or rock) albums ever.  Skunkworks, Balls, and TOS were really good, and TM was a solid album for what it was.  I'd take Bruce's solo work over 90s Maiden (including the 2 Bruce albums).
 
Blaze for sure. The first three releases are perfect. Chemical Wedding is equal to Silicon Messiah, but Blaze has three albums of that caliber while Bruce has 1.
 
Bruce by a long shot.

Not taking anything away from Blaze, but as far as professional singers in the metal world go, I think he is quite average.
 
The solo career of Bruce is top-notch (classic albums and songs).

Blaze's solo career is also good though.
