I dont know what means PR but he is now nearly amateur. I love the guy and the band is ok for what he is doing now. He seems to enjoy that.
Public Relations
the people who handle advertising and promotion of Bruce's image

Gazda lives in Croatia and evidently didn't see any advertisements. This happened to me too when Bruce was touring the USA a while back. Found out about his show a few weeks after it was over :( The signs were there but I wasn't looking in the right places at the right time

Nothing near me this time :(
Yah, same, nothing on my island. Kinda surprised cos his recent gig in Belfast (Silicon Messiah tour) was very well attended, damn near sold out I'd say.

Probably quite an extra expense to get everything across the water to Ireland from Britain but still, I'd loooove this show.

Dublin the same, it was only 6 weeks ago so probably a new gig being too soon would be the issue I'd think

Aye, you're likely right. I think it would have been worth the risk though. My totally unfounded guess is that for every Maiden fan that saw him do Silicon Messiah in Belfast and Dublin there would be two that would go see him do a totally Maiden set.

It's looking less likely that Blaze Bayley will do a Maiden-themed show (or any concert, for that matter) in North America. I'm considering visiting the UK in October. Am I correct in thinking that the closest shows to London would be Southend, Bedford and Worthing?
Bedford is easy to get to from London. You could fly into Luton Airport and get the train. There is a lovely hotel on the river near the venue as well. It’s a Premier Inn (nationwide chain) and you can get a room for fairly cheap.

If you fly into Gatwick airport, there is a direct train from the airport to Bedford. It’s a couple of hours.

I will be at the Bedford gig and can give you lots of tips on the local area.
