Blaze cut the tuning up riff out of the unbeliever
Yes they forgot to include I live my way on best of the b sides, which massively pissed me off at the time.View attachment 44241
All The X-Factor B-sides, except I Live My Way, are on Spotify (and other streaming services) thanks to a digital release of everything originally included in the old Eddie's Archive box. Only Doctor Doctor is getting many plays though (by the Spotify algorithm).
4.9 million views on youtube as well.
This riff is probably tricky (and weird; it fits the tribal vibe of the instrumental section in a way though) to replicate live? Unbeliever's chorus (not easy for Blaze) and instrumental section (perfect for guitarists) are good live, but the rest of the song not so much.

One of Blazes best performances of his career I thinkView attachment 44241

I had to buy a bootleg CD of the Blaze era to get the track on compact disc rather than vinyl (20 years ago..).
Blazes edited versions of his old maiden songs are always so much better

I dont agree at all i went to last tour and sign of the cross lord of the flies and many others sounded a bit simple. The only that i rhought it sounded good or close to original was the clansman.Blazes edited versions of his old maiden songs are always so much better
I mean arrangement wise. I think you're thinking musician talent wise. Plus you went last year when he only had one guitarist probably too. Also to be fair his drummer is only average at best.I dont agree at all i went to last tour and sign of the cross lord of the flies and many others sounded a bit simple. I went last year for the Maiden set. He had both Appletons on guitar.I mean arrangement wise. I think you're thinking musician talent wise. Plus you went last year when he only had one guitarist probably too. Also to be fair his drummer is only average at best.
What I mean is added or subtracted things to the arrangement
like how he cuts the intro of virus short. He cuts out repeated parts from judgement of heaven. He doesn't have the last chorus of two worlds collide go on and on. His version of Futureal has harmonies. His version of TAATG is much better. Etc

Yeah I get that. There was a gap in between there where they lost their bassist and one Appleton moved to bass and the other stayed on guitar. Now they also have a new second guitarist with the other remaining on bass.I went last year for the Maiden set. He had both Appletons on guitar.
Moi next week on the 18th. Mostly looking forward to the acoustic bass intro of "Blood On The Worlds Hands"Who is seeing the X Factor anniversary shows later this year? Tempted to hear the Unbeliever live …
