Best War-Themed Maiden Songs

My only issue with The Longest Day is that the chorus kills the mood building up in the song. Change that and I'll concede it's an incredible war song.
 
I don't actually feel all that much from Paschendale, just see it as a dramatic scene setting piece done in the vein of the period war poets. I'm quite put off WWII history in general, though, by some of the popular interpretations that keep recycling the same themes.

Brighter Than A Thousand Suns and Paschendale are the two best IMO. Altough the best lyric award goes to The Longest Day. My other three choices are Aces High, Where Eagles Dare and The Trooper. Tough to leave out The Longest Day, but I feel like those five are the best.
 
Both Aces High and Rime Of The Ancient Mariner are my favorite Maiden songs, so...
