My only concern with a keyboardist game is that it will be dominated by exposure bias. I think it would help if you can find a keyboard-heavy song AND a keyboard/piano solo from each contestant.

Calling it now: we have a Jordan Ruddess or Geddy Lee final. The latter would be an exercise in pointlessness since he already won bassists.

Geddy Lee shouldn't be anywhere near the final rounds. He's a decent keyboardist who uses that ability to provide texture to his band's sound and that's that. I doubt he gets there anyway, there are many other well-known keyboardists. Jon Lord, Richard Wright, Rick Wakeman and many more.
