I am the first to admit that none of the other European countries did anything constructive to prevent the war. But the primary agressor was Germany. You said so yourself:

If Serbia had given in to the Austrian demands.....
If Austria hadn't been so unreasonable in making said demands....

A conflict on the Balkans. It had little to do with Germany, France or Great Britain.

If Germany hadn't issued the "blank cheque"....

If Schlieffen's plan wasn't implemented by Moltke....

Yes.

If France had been better prepared....

Being unprepared is hardly an act of agression, is it. France was the one defending itself.

If Britain had minded their own business......

If Russia had stopped trying to "gobble" the Ottoman Empire and play "big brother" to the Balkans....

Russia was wildly overestimating its powers, that is true. But when it comes to the Balkans, it was common knowledge that Russia was the ideological ally of the people there.

And no, I haven't read Fritz Fischer (you're not the first one to 'accuse' me of that), and I couldn't care less. I study the facts and build my opinion on that.
