I also use Hybrid Slinky on Strats and everything with that scale length. On Les Pauls, I use Regular Slinkys.

Nice another hybrid user. The tension was a pain to set up on my X series H sig, but now that its balanced i'm never going back to standard gauges, also what is that switch between Volume and the Tone.Hope this is helpful! Let me know if there's anything you'd like to see closeup
I've always assumed (looking at H's) that it's a coil tap for the neck pickup. So that's what I did on mine.
