A Matter of the Beast vs. Future Past - Which was your favourite?

Matter of the Beast was half baked. Donington video is good but I wasnt there, best thing was the bonus Brixton show in Sept 2007 that I attended. But it wasn't a very memorable show TBH and I don't recall it that well. Earls Court 2006 was better.

I have no idea what they were thinking for the AMOTB tour. It was just the usual classics plus COTD and 5 AMOLAD songs.

Although the band were on fine form, the setlist was turd.

Future Past. For several reasons, biggest one is Alexander.

I don't think of AMOTB as a seperate tour though, more the second leg of AMOLAD with a couple of crowd pleasers thrown in to satisfy the "play classics" crowd

Future Past. Alexander the Great alone makes it worth it.
