Hahaha no worries mate! Like I said, louder usually sounds deceptively better. It can take a while to realize, depending on the albums you're listening to. Try finding a really nice, high end stereo to listen on, and, as @SirRobbins suggested, check out the original vinyl pressings.I would always prefer the first!
And listen, i usually prefer originals over remasters, but in this case i'm really having a hard time "getting it". And it's annoying me.
Sorry mate. I've collected some of the original master CD pressings, I wouldn't know where to find them on the web. Your best bet is to try and find the used CDs, they're actually pretty cheap!Well, i'm yet to hear every single original... do you know where can i find a good 320kbps torrent discography with all the originals?
Hope the versions i'm about to hear will have the same effect on meI prefer the vinyls and cassettes over the original CDs too. I still remember when I popped SIT into my sony Walkman and pressed play with that crisp tape sound and then SCIT kicked in BIG SMILE... Same when I flipped the tape over to hear TLOTLDR. I have a unit that plays vinyls, cassettes, cds and mp3s
"The 87 versions"?I'm about to hear the 87 versions of each 80's album.
Yeah i know, but i can't find any older version. But do you know btw?"The 87 versions"?
Some Iron Maiden CDs were released earlier than 1987. Actually: All pre-Seventh Son albums.
Will indeed check it out!buy a cassette tape of them. all over ebay and really my favorite sound along side vinyls. Easier to come by and cheaper too
BTW what's your take on the 87 versions of the 80's albums?it was so great. I will be jogging this evening with my old song Walkman and may just play Powerslave and then Somewhere in Time
BTW what's your take on the 87 versions of the 80's albums?
I'm listening to them right now as i write... analysis in progressI have the original Powerslave, Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son as far as CDs go from 1987. That's it and they are better than the re-releases. Not as loud and more clear on the notes and sound overall
I have older CD's.I have the original Powerslave, Somewhere in Time and Seventh Son as far as CDs go from 1987. That's it and they are better than the re-releases. Not as loud and more clear on the notes and sound overall
Well, even if you can't get a physical copy you can always downlosd it, at least your ears will have it even if your hands don'tOther than used sellers, is there any way to get ahold of these? As far as I know, I've only ever heard the remasters. My ears don't know the difference!!!
