So, it has finally happened... What seemed like a dream for over 20 years for costarican fans has now become real. Iron Maiden has finally played a show in Costa Rica.
This concert is the biggest music event that has taken place here. There were people already in line 5 days before the show... Our neighbor countries shared the excitement, and we received waves of people coming in from all over Central America: Panama, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and beyond.
The show was great of course, but there were a few issues... Sound quality wasn't the greatest, specially at the far end of the stadium. There were no pyro effects, wich dissapointed a few. And lastly, people weren´t too happy with Lauren Harris' band, but still remained respectful.
All in all, the concert was amazing. Everyone at the venue realized the importance of the event that they had just witnessed. History had been made.

Regarding the show, the setlist was slightly different from previous shows. But don't get too excited, the difference was only in the order of the songs. Can I play with madness was switched with Run to the Hills, wich I think gave the setlist a better flow.
