This is what you get for refusing to adapt to the developments in elite world football. Ball possession heavy football doesn't work anymore. Fast, skilled and well conditioned football does. Spain have all the talent to play dominant offensive football, but they don't.
I was really disappointed to see Australia didn't pull off the tie, though I'm usually for Netherlands in games, it's Commonwealth first.

Holland lacked the pace from the match vs Spain, and Australia took advantage until they ran out of steam. An even contest for most of the time, but Australia didn't have much to contribute after it turned 3-2.
Australia were the better team before half time.
