I think this point is actually the first time they haven't got plans for the future after 2026 yet. They always planned 2 years in advance, but I think not this time.
I honestly think Maiden wil go the Rolling Stones way. That means 20-25 gigs per year. I think a good indicator of that is Bruce ramping up his solo career.
SOAD is a very specific case IMO. No new music and very few shows in last few years due to internal politics (Serj wanting to do it as little as possible and Daron's ego, but the band knows that it could be only 4 of them and noone can replace anyone, so they changed their approach to the band).
The thing is... Where do you record additional shots and which show will be chosen as a backup for it, if it's one shot recording?
Should be Amsterdam, since it's indoors. But knowing S. P. Harris's video editing skills, it will be an outdoor show.
