    Revelations Vs. Infinite Dreams

Both great songs, and I think over the years my preference has alternated between the two. Although I've always felt that a proper guitar solo would have pushed Infinite Dreams into the next level. Currently it's Revelations for me. Six months from now, who knows?

I saw this headline scrolling through the Yahoo home page, not sure if it's already been posted somewhere here: Steve Harris defends The X Factor and Virtual XI, Iron Maiden’s most derided albums

    The X Factor Vs. Senjutsu

X Factor should come with a prescription for Prozac. Just miserable in mood. Even the one song I really like- Judgement of Heaven- is about suicide. Senjutsu has great rockers on disc 1 and great epics on disc 2 . Hell on Earth is probably my favorite song by any band this century. For my...

Days Of Future Past vs. The Time Machine

The Time Machine for me. Bruce's vocals are great during the "I have seen the gods cry!" section, and musically I love the proggy twists that follow the chorus. Days of Future Past is a song I feel like I should like more than I actually do. It's a fast catchy rocker, but I don't have any...

    80's Maiden vs. Metallica instrumentals?

The Red and the Black would have been a better instrumental than all of the above, but for those pesky vocals.

    Underrated?

Could you please post a link to any version of that? Not trying to argue but I’ve never heard a version of any DiAnno song that Bruce did better. But I’m open minded and would love to be surprised.

    Your Entrance Music

I’m not much of a rap fan other than early RunDMC but Root Down is catchy as hell. I only saw the Beasties once but they did play that song. Interesting aside, their set opened with samples of Tom Sawyer by Rush (my favorite band)...

Poll: 2 Minutes to Midnight vs. The Wicker Man?

2 Minutes. They both have all time opening riffs but I give the edge to 2M. Also the Wicker Man chorus is a bit clunky.

What's the worst Maiden song where the songwriting credit only has (Harris)?

The Assassin. It is comically terrible. That is all.

    No More Lies

Love the intro, but after that it’s one of my least favorite on the album.

It's Hallowed for me. Apologies to Phantom and Alexander.

Poll: The strongest 90s Maiden album

I just straight up dislike No Prayer and FOTD - especially Bruce's vocals - so for me this is a contest between the 2 Blaze albums. X Factor has some very good music but as others have noted it's a bit too broody / depressing for my tastes. But I do love Judgement of Heaven. Anyway, my vote...

No Prayer For The Dying Vs. The Final Frontier

I'm one of those rare big fans of TFF. Especially the latter half.

Brave New World Vs. Piece Of Mind

I voted for Piece of Mind. BNW is a very consistent album - I think every song is good, some very good, but none of them strike me as great. POM hits that note repeatedly with Revelations, Die With Your Boots On, The Trooper and Still Life. I also very much like Where Eagles Dare, Sun and Steel...
