There are some exceptions for sure, but the boat has well sailed for Maiden to play stadiums in the US, it will be a shortened typical arena run in their biggest markets.
The ticket market in the US isn't great, plenty of bands are struggling to push ticket sales, I really don't think they are planning anything outside of your typical arenas.
Most tours that put off larger venues are needing to stack the bill with a few other bands which equals more expense...
Would rather go abroad tbh, it's not even a great venue to watch this type of show, half in daylight and far too big on a flat field were most people wont see a thing lol
What has convinced me to see another show next year is no plans for 2027 and who knows what happens after that. Time is short they won't be around much longer.
Or it could be like last year Aus and Asia first, then into NA, finishing the year out with South America. But I guess that will depend if they have booked RIR for September.
Makes sense to announce the earliest shows first, the US dates won't be far off either by the end of the month or early October. But it's 100% happening.
Not if they plan to do basically the entire world next year adding in Australia, Asia, typical NA type run of dates and a larger South American tour. The earlier they start the more they can add in
It will be interesting how they fit in the Australian portion either way you look at it that is such a long haul flight, usually they add it with the NA run as it's just a 12 hour direct flight to LA justifying the travel.
But they could start in Australia early May then into Europe if they...
I don't think Europe is going to be that extensive where they need near 6 weeks, especially if its going to be less than 20 dates
The North/South American run will take way longer than 2 months, it will be over 30 dates between the 2
They will likely announce Europe and Australia first then a you will see North and South America a few weeks later, which will trigger everyone in the comment section crying WHERE IS THE USA THEY ALREADY DID Europe ahaha.
I think logically there will be a few weeks break between, no way Maiden...
I think this run of dates all the songs are placed to fit the flow of the show where he doesn't feel the need to mess with it. Starchildren seemed to be played night one as that was the second time he's played Anaheim so I guess he wanted to add a different song to close lol
It's actually surprising how many Maiden fans have never bothered to even listen to any of his solo material and as a name only Bruce is hardly big enough to pack out larger venues, they 100% over estimated that with some of these dates, now he's just going back to small shit boxes that are in...
I do think at least 2 shows is still the sweet spot, its hard to take everything in the first time so going back again is always a thing I enjoy. Beyond that their isnt much point.
