Just checked my Japanese 2CD, and mine at least had the OG dissection cover.

I posted this in another thread a week or so ago, but there were versions released with the electric chair cover as THE cover. The dissection cover isn't in the booklet at all. I'm pretty sure I got my copy of it from BMG.
