I think the Metal-IS Cd was more than 666 copies, I have it and I'm fairly sure that I would have had a harder time getting it if it was only 666 copies.

All the classic bands have radio friendly hit songs, that's why Ghost were a breath of fresh air, bringing back hits and toning down the influences from extreme metal.

I think the shortness of SSOASS is the real outlier in there. You've got one of the bands longest ever songs skewing the average, but the run time of 40 odd minutes was significantly shorter than previous albums, despite the concept seeming like it would have had the opposite effect on song lengths
I thought it was brilliant that they had screens on the platforms, so one minute they looked like pyramids, the next icebergs, the next part of a ship etc.
