I've considered it before but never wanted to feel like a dick sat/stood on my own, the guy I'm going with tonight does it all the time, last year he flew to Dallas and saw Rush, Anthrax/Megadeth/Slayer and Kings of Leon all in the same venue over a few nights, we thought he was mental for doing it!

I'd love to hear them try a Slayer song, after all Slayer started out by covering Maiden. Nicko might have to purchase a DW5000 kick drum pedal which we all know is never gonna happen

Looking forward to this and the studio book too, both look really good IMO

I've gone for 7th Son because it's my favourite album, it's the album that got me into Maiden and the stage show from this era is one of my favourites

Good question, I started with SSOASS way back in 1989 then worked my way through the others in no particular order. As for a new fan, I'd say the 2 recent compilation albums, that should give them a decent taster, even though the Dianno and Blaze songs are sung by Bruce.

Dave Murray, as a guitarist myself, he's the most influential member for me, his style of playing, tone etc. I was going to vote for Bruce but changed my mind.
