AMALOD is also next on my list. I respect it and acknowledge that there is some very good music on there.
However while some people cite the dark mood as the reason they like it so much, it's that same reason why it doesn't really work for me. To each their own.
Rush is my favorite band of all time but one thing that makes it difficult is that every studio recording sounds weak compared to the version from Exit Stage Left.
Particularly Xanadu and La Villa Strangiato and Jacobs Ladder but pretty much all of them (except possibly Spirit of Radio).
And...
So, Iron Maiden & Fear of the Dark tied at 18.
Elimination Criteria
1. Number of votes received in the last round
2. Cumulative number of votes received in all rounds
We'll have to wait on Night Prowler to let us know how that 2nd factor shakes out.
Personally I'm hoping Fear of the Dark gets...
Next up Fear of the Dark. And I'm not as benevolent on the topic as Cat Milk Supreme.
I just don't like listening to it at all. Once this album is gone there is no other IM album that I could say that about.
I'm late to the game here, and unlike most here I consider TFF one of my top 5 IM albums. And as I read about their setlists for that tour I find it hard to understand why they have never played Isle of Avalon or Starblind. They are in my opinion the two most adventurous songs on the album (with...
No Prayer was # 16 on my list but I'm not surprised to see it at 17 here. I very rarely listen to it and even when I do it's mainly just to see if my opinion has changed / improved. (It hasn't)

15: X Factor
16: No Prayer for the Dying
17: Fear of the Dark
For me its No Prayer, Fear of the Dark, and X Factor.
I don't know what Bruce was thinking with the vocals on those 2 albums, maybe once a year I try to listen to them again to see if my opinion has changed but so far it hasn't.
I do appreciate some of the songs on X Factor and I like...
I listen to disc 2 much more than disc 1.
On disc 1 I mostly just want to hear The Writing on the Wall and The Time Machine. I like them all to some degree, but no longer go out of my way to hear them.
TBOS has climbed quite a bit on my list recently.
1. Caught Somewhere In Time
2. Killers
3. Dance of Death
4. The Book of Souls
5. Powerslave
6. Still Life
7. The Number Of The Beast
8. Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son
9. Iron Maiden
10. The Final Frontier
11. Senjutsu
12. Brave New World
13. Fear...
