Title track got the Death in the Road tour, and even Ghost came back for the 2010 setlist. Silent Planet would be good.
Agreed on the 90s though. I’m still waiting for Blood on the World’s Hands with Bruce belting.
Fun fact, the 2020 Legacy leg being cancelled means that no song from the Blaze era or AMOLAD have ever been performed in Australia. Ergo, I’m gonna have to demand that we get the tour of 90s forwards only down under.
I hope the next tour does shine a bit more of a light on the 2000s era. Actually, less on Brave New World and more Dance onwards as those are the albums that haven’t been given as much of a go around.
I don’t think Bruce is going too badly right now, so if Bruce isn’t better than 2023 when we get to Perth in September, I hope he’s still going as strong as he was at Power Trip.
I know it’s a complete long shot, but since they”re starting with the Australian and Asian legs (ie. the leg that got missed through COVID on Legacy), I’d be really excited if they could slot Flight of Icarus in somewhere. It’s nice and short and gives Bruce a chance to wield the flame again.
that is the end of a quote from the book by Aldous Huxley. Thought it was enough to seem Maiden applicable in multiple ways. But, congrats @Jmaster, the winner is you.
I was unaware we had such a thread.
I’m the drummer and backing vocalist of an alternate / surf-punk / 2000s rock band in Western Australia called Lines of Conviction.
Here’s the two lyric videos we’ve released, which I worked hard on making.
Open Hearts:
Little Guy:
Only thing I’m seeing in these is that they’re on the longer side and they’re album closers (and I love ‘em), so Empire of the Clouds? Does share a riff with Legacy
