I'd rank 13 right after the first six, Sabbath albums. It's obviously no match to those, but it's a really nice throwback to that heavy/doom-y sound that made them so great, different. And, as much as I don't enjoy Ozzy's voice nowadays, he killed it on this record.

Pretty much nobody makes a profit off of album sales anymore. You take a loss on producing an album and hope that the album gets you attention and the money made from sales goes to the label helps you fund and get on tours. For everyone but the biggest artists in the world, that's how it goes...

Everybody talks down a lot on Terrell Pryor, but I actually think he'll do okay for you guys this year. It's a better option than Matt "I got paid for playing two games" Flynn.

Was pretty much exactly what I was going to say. Personally, I think Neil Peart is overrated, but that's besides the point. Nicko's playing is very straightforward as it is, and even more so when comparing the two.

I hope that it's Painkiller 2.0.

Was never a big fan of this band. Only albums I have are Six Degrees through Black Clouds & Silver Linings. Those are the most "metal" albums to me, and I'm fine with it. Haven't listened to any of the new material, besides that one new song that I can't remember the name of. I really hate...

Thanks :p It's a pretty broad term, but it's hardcore punk mixed with (usually) extreme metal. It can be anything from grinding to sludge/doom influenced. There's a lot of variety in it.

Spring: Crust, hardcore/punk, R&B, and soulful hip-hop Summer: Death metal, thrash/speed, sludge/stoner stuff, and g-funk* type hip-hop for cruisin' Fall: Doom metal, black, and hip-hop everywhere Winter: Black metal, death, blues, and downtempo hip-hop, chillwave.
