Yeah, I'm not loving the production too much. Guitars are too far to the back of the mix and the vocals are loud but the words aren't clear. Still, I'm not going to make too much of a fuss about it. I'm just chuffed there's an album at all!

It's the mixing I'm afraid. I've only listened to the CD and I've been thinking the same thing.

Not really sure what I think after 1 listen... Tears of a Clown and Empire of the Clouds really stood out though. The last third of The Red and the Black was pretty beasting. We'll see how things sit after another few listens!

The drums on Piece of Mind are pretty lifeless. It always bugs me about that album.
