This album is much like NPFTD; full of brilliant riffs and solos but Bruce's vocal style on it just doesn't do much for me but I overlook this fact for the aggression of the tracks... It's a really solid album after giving it a full and thorough listen during this pandemic...

the irony of that scene is Crockett hands him Clapton's Leyla, tells him Eric has been around 20 years then says "You think those boy of yours will be around 20 years?" referring to Maiden. lol...
^ I can kinda attest to it. They look like the same quality as what you'd buy on ebay of an actual tour shirt from 35 years ago.... the designs are faded and even the tag is lol
^ they did smaller places in Florida too but I wasn't around then in the 80s. I was born in 89.... BNW tour was my first and I had to travel with my uncle to see it. In fact, I had to travel for the first 3 shows I saw them with him.... lol
Florida has had better treatments with the start of...
seeing all these shirts reminds me of when Maiden used to tour the hell out of the USA.... multiple shows in Florida, Texas..... now, we're lucky if we get 1 show in both states....
The band have released artwork with tour dates for 4 shirts from their 80s tours. 2 shirts come from The Beast on the Road (New York and Texas shows), one from World Piece Tour (Texas dates) and one from Somewhere on Tour (Florida dates - Vice in Nice shirt)...
I left disappointed (slightly) from Maiden England on the second show in 2012 because of the absence of Infinite Dreams..... and Still Life... According to Rod, they rehearsed Infinite Dreams and went with Afraid to shoot strangers...... Still Life is my favorite POM track and Infinite...
Steve told me they had planned to attempt to play all the songs from the album on that tour (this would have been AMAZING had it played out). Deja Vu didn't work live at all, the loneliness sounded great in rehearsals but they didn't like how it fit in the set live and Rime was brought back...
Greatest run of albums truly. NOTB through SSOASS is one epic album after another... Powerslave and SIT are my favorites and always will be. I think POM is better than NOTB though....
