Interesting, I wonder how Bruce feels about the length of Maiden albums nowadays. Surely he must feel they are a bit long, just look at the length of The Mandrake Project (59 minutes) compared to Senjutsu (82 minutes). Personally, I think we could use 1-2 less long Steve epics. Orrr, they could...

I agree that the interior art on both of those albums is amazing, and better than the actual covers. Although I think the Book of Souls and Senjutsu covers are a tiny bit lazy, I still think BoS Eddie is one of the best. However, if they go down the AI album art path then I’m done, never...

Whatever the theme is, I just hope the cover will be different than the last two. I think the last really cool cover was The Final Frontier, and before that Brave New World. Since I’m sure the music will remain similar, we should at least get a change of pace in album cover art. If there is...

Trumpets yes, King in Crimson please no. That’s the most boring song on Chemical Wedding, imo. I’d rather hear something like Sacred Cowboys, for example.

I use little rolled up pieces of toilet paper (big enough to not get stuck in your ear but not too big that they fall out).

I would recommend trying more from each decade. Innocence is No Excuse (1985), Solid Ball of Rock (1991), Unleash the Beast (1997), Lionheart (2004), Sacrifice (2013), and Thunderbolt (2018). There is some good variety amongst those albums. However, there are good songs on ALL their studio...

Part of me worries that Bruce may ruin his voice during his solo tour, and that will have a negative effect on his performance during the ‘24 Maiden tour. Anyone else? Then again Maiden usually blows my mind so I could see it being a non-issue as well.

This idea would be cool, however I personally would enjoy an extended Shoot All The Clowns, with a long instrumental bit in the middle so Bruce could rest. This would be somewhat similar to the 12” Extended Remix.

That is a really awesome and well executed idea! Purgatory still feels like an end of the album song to me though.

I should probably rephrase my statement: I personally don’t like Wrathchild. Anytime it’s in the setlist in the 21st century it just feels like a filler song to me. I’d much rather them play a different Paul era song, like Purgatory, Prowler, Sanctuary, Transylvania+Strange World. I will say...

I’d much rather see Prowler as the opener, Wrathchild sucks no matter where it is in the set!
