Re: GAME: Best Iron Maiden album song that was NEVER played live - Round 10 BIG disagreement on Alchemist. I think it's a highlight on TFF, breaking up the longer songs, straight out rocking, and with a great chorus. A fav of mine. Again, I'm avoiding this concert!  :P

Welcome to the DoD Bunker, brother - would you like one (but no more)? I agree entirely that in terms of ALBUMS, DoD is the best. I think I agree with your assessment, although I might have TFF and AMOLAD tied for number two and BNW wayyyyy back at third. What I love about TFF is the same...

Lots of interesting stuff in here, and good to see the Prisoner so high (and Clairvoyant in the top 25). Also agree that Churchill's Speech makes Aces High. Crazy that S15...TFF is on there, but variety, she is the spice of life, no?

As much as it kills me, I voted for BNW - one of my least favorite albums, but the two songs bookend perfectly. I think they're the best example of Maiden's range. Close No. 2 is Powerslave, although I think PS should have ended the album too. If Legacy was gone, AMOLAD would have won.

Best thing they've ever done. Is this all that's left of my life before me? Straitjacket memories, sedative highs? Lyrically this song demolishes anything they've ever done, even on the Mindcrime album. Some of Mindcrime is simplistic, bad corporations, bad government, etc., but this one...

Nice on the Pilgirm, I'll second (third) this. So catchy. Such a great Arabian riff. And breaks up the epics on AMOLAD perfectly.
