Not entirely sure... after viewing the FAQs on Live Nation, I came across this:
Q: Can I resell Credit Card Entry tickets?
A: That’s up to the artist, team, or venue! If they give the green light you’ll see a Sell button when you click the order number under Order History in My Account. If you...
Both cities I went to (Tulsa and Chicago) had paperless tickets. I, as the card holder, had to have the credit card (I used to purchase the tickets) ready to get me and my friend into the venue. It was actually a pretty seamless process; they swiped my card on their portable printer and it...
Good to know. If anyone would happen to have a code on Monday they could share with me (if you're not going to St. Louis/Kansas City), I'd be eternally grateful.
I would be surprised if Powerslave is dropped as the whole theme seems perfect for The Book of Souls stage set, and it was probably one of the best-received songs last year.
So how exactly do the fanclub presale codes work? Can you use the same code for as many cities as you want? Or is it a one-and-done thing for one concert?
Yeah I'm not the biggest fan of the venue either. The sound was terrible when I saw them there in 2010/2012. Not sure why they don't ever return to the Allstate Arena in Rosemont?
They haven't played in St. Louis but twice over the past 16 years. I'm more than thrilled they're giving us the spotlight for a change. This summer tour has been rumored for months now, good to see it finally was confirmed.
Hot damn. I heard on the radio when I was going to work this morning that Maiden would be in St. Louis on July 12th... I had wondered how they obtained this info when nothing official had been released, then I check their website and sure enough.
Coming back to my hometown, I couldn't be more...
Is there a reason you haven't seen them since No Prayer, vedder? Hope you enjoy the concert this year, they're just as killer now, if not more so, than during that golden era.
Maybe their teasers shouldn't be hints of mummies and beasts, as I'm sure Maiden is one of the first and few in the rock/metal world people think of when those clues are given to them. Seems like it backfired when a lot of people were speculating Maiden and Rock USA had to shut those people down.
Good find Lego, though unfortunately after some digging I think it's a coincidence and doesn't have anything to do with Iron Maiden.
Apparently they posted a picture of... something (looks like a mummy)... back on December 7, and one of the top comments was "Iron Maiden?" to which ROCK USA...
Not really anything other than going on Bruce's comments at several of the concerts last year that "they'd be back soon". He said this at least in Tulsa and Chicago, as I went to both. In Chicago, I recall him specifically saying they'd be back "next year".
And there were rumors at the time...
You people give it a rest. I'm so tired of having to hear this argument.
They did three concerts in England in 2013, one in 2014, and one in 2016. Fucking travel if you want to see Maiden.
I have had to travel as far as England is long to see them every tour and there's been no bitching out of...
This still leaves Bruce's not-so-cryptic messages from the US tour last year, where he said they'd be back next year. The two shows I went to in Tulsa and Chicago, a month apart from each other, he said this. I think a few other members reported hearing similar things from a few of the other...
First I've heard of this. I know he's interested in releasing a live album for British Lion, but the only tour news I've heard since September is the November/December tour he just recently finished.
I'm from St. Louis. Was just curious how close we were to each other.
They've played Indianapolis in the past, so that'd be a close distance you could possibly go to. Not sure if they've ever played Ohio in recent years.
I've always had to travel to Chicago to see them most times since 2008...
